Account *** Netcare Pretoria east hospital

I recently in May realised that netcare Pretoria east hospital had put a judgement on my name with the ITC for an account of 2018 which I was never informed of. I contacted netcare accounts which no one knew how to assist . I call my medical aid fedhealth to sort the matter out as this was a clinically indicated procedure. I received help from the a very understanding lady from Pretoria hospital called Reeneke after I had sorted everything with my medical aid Fedhealth. Account paid by medical aid but now I requested a letter to prove account paid so i can clear my name from ITC and no one is responding from netcare accounts department. Mind you this was never my fault they are suppose to assist me as they dud not do a proper job in the first place when their case manager was supposed to do her job. If a specific procedure was done and your coding does not match that of the Medical aid she/ he was to follow up, so yes i blame Netcare for their incompetence. I the client had to do their work.
