Account Handed over

<p>My son was addmitted at Netcare Pholoso in December 2015, last year around May I got an email from a lady Chantel Bester at Netcare saying that my account was 90 days overdue. She said there was a short fall of over R400 with what the medical aid paid. I called the medical aid to determine how much was not paid and after checking they confirmed that it was R62. I then informed Chantel who said it was fine i could pay that amount and sent her proof of payment. I did as requsted. To my surprise the account is now handed over and I am owing over R300 on the account. I have been trying to get hold of Netcare to explain to me how this happened. I called Netcare Pholoso and they referred me to ********** 500, no one is answering. The first number I called, the lady said she is in Sunninghill and tried to put me through to Pholoso but the call got cut off. I also tried ********** 836 and but it's ringing unanswered as well and it's reaching the mailbox of Johannes. At Pholoso they said the accounts are handled in Joburg and that's why I was given that number.</p>
