Abuse at Olivedale clinic

I demand a response from hospital management! Or I will take this all over

My 73 year old mother who is extremely frail and ill ... and very confused has been treated appallingly by the nurses. She has a nappy and despite asking many times was left wet and tangled up in her IV lines for 4 hours. The bed linnen was ****** and just never changed. She is confused and scared and it just left to be such. She needs help to take her medicine but the nurses just leave it next to her bed and don't even check that it's been taken. It's abuse. There is NO compassion for this very ill lady. If I go and talk to the nurses they treat me like I'm a piece of dirt on the bottom of their shoes.

My mom has the most amazing doctor and that is the only reason she's there. Im desperate as this kind of 'care' will lead to her death
