Absolutely unforgettable & incredible experience Park Lane clinic

<p>My wife and I would like to send a positive message starting at the top, Netcare head office, Netcare Park Lane and all the way down to the cleaning ladies at ward 1, 1st floor. The level of service that we encountered at this hospital is something that you rarely see or hear of nowadays, so we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your staff treated us and our new born baby as if we were family, the love they showed towards our little girl and the help they provided my wife with breastfeeding was beyond outstanding. Each and every single person in that ward from the nurses to the food and beverage ladies and even the cleaning ladies were extremely friendly, kind, caring and I would go as far as saying loving. We have previously had very negative experiences at other Netcare hospitals, but if you could replicate the level of care and service at all you hospitals you could change the private health care in our country. We have to mention Sister Ann, who went above and beyond to help my wife and baby, her ward is the way it is because of her!! Thank you for making our birthing experience one we will remember forever</p>
