A very rude Administration Clerk

My sister was rushed to hospital today. She had downgraded from Coastal Saver to keycare on her medical. She is been struggling for full 3 days We get to the hospital and we encounter this administration clerk. The amount of not caring, unprofessionalism and attitude we've received from her. For a moment it's failed as if she doesn't want us to get help. This is Nercare Kingsway please look at your staff. We are already not well when we get there. We shouldn't expirience such attitude.
