A very dissapointed patient 😔 😕

I went to EMS at Miplark as I am having a severe stomach cramps and having unusual bowel movements. The Dr who assisted me is Dr Monteith, he did not see the need to transfer me to a gastroenterology as he thought it was not an emergency regardless of how many times I asked him to do so. I was in a lot of pain and he still discharged me and said he cannot call the Dr at almost midnight to transfer me and that I should make an appointment to see the gastroenterology, I feel he was not fair as I am not getting the services for free, I am paying and therefore he should respect the patient's needs. I used to respect and admire Milpark as the best hospital in Joburg, but with the attitude of this Dr, it really taking the reputation of the hospital down.
