A possible ****

I'm in desperate need of your help, I'm Fundile Sibisi from Newcastle KZN.

In the beginning of June I bought a car from Dineo Tshabalala who works at Netcare from Johannesburg I got to know her through a friend of mine.

I paid for 29th May 2021, before paying for the car she told me that she can't get the logbook because the car is still owing R6000 however she reassured me that she will pay for it and she will courier the logbook to me in the next 10 days.

So my car arrives on the 1st of June at that time I was 9 months pregnant and I was in desperate need of a car.

Now the issue is that she still hasn't sent me the logbook, when I call her she doesn't answer, when I try to talk to her on whatsapp she is often rude, I can no longer use my car now because the car license is expired.

My baby is 5 months now I really need to be mobile.

May you please assist me Im a single mother I live alone and I really don't know what to do now.
