A NURSES FEELINGS PUT FIRST BEFORE THE LIFE AND HEALTH OF MY CHILDREN

I had a terrible experience as casualty after bringing in my children with an ambulance. The nursing staff AT CASUALTY ARE TERRIBLE, Adelaide and Maryann Onyonakara, its only that 5% that are dedicated to their jobs. I did lay a complaint on the netcare website and to the liaison officer Sylvia Karow. Almost a year later I have not received any feedback, I did follow up with her and evidently she **** to me saying the issue was dealt with and she will get back to me.
