A DOCTOR TO DIE FOR....
<p>I've met Dr Raphala, a specialist physician at Netcare Sunward Park Hospital on the 25th of August 2016. I had to pay upfront R500-00 cash, which he now claims is not refundable as it is his ADMIN FEE.</p> <p>He was distant, took my blood pressure and said it seems to be fine, I should go home without medication. He then said he will request all my tests, review it and get back to me the next morning, for a treatment plan. Needless to say I am still awaiting the feedback.</p> <p>He has submitted an additional claim to my medical aid for services rendered. (What service ?)</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called Netcare Sunward Park hospital to lay a complaint against the Doctor, left a message for Janice to contact me, needless to say, I am still awaiting my call.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service both at the Doctors room and at Netcare Sunward Park Hospital is mediocre and laid back. It saddens me to think a Hospital which started so good is being managed into the ground by *********** medical professionals.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
