2nd HP complaint about Netcare Olivedale and still no feedback

<p>I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter about 3 months ago about Dr Holt and Partners at the ER that did not attend to my injuries as they should have and now have extreme medical bills and problems.</p> <p>I received a call from management after the complaint and then heard nothing since. EXCEPT for the account department that calls me but never sends me an email as I request...Needless to say, while waiting for management to come back to me they have now handed the account over to debt collectors (the account which never even gets sent) . What more could I expect !? </p> <p> </p>
