20 Stars for Netcare Milpark Staff

Hi there....

I actually have so many compliments that I don't know where to start.....over the last year, hospitals were my 1st home so I have alot to say. Unfortunately, I became bed ridden and couldn't review my previous stays ( I will soon )

Regarding my admission this week, at Netcare Milpark Hospital, Section 11, Room 9....my stay was so pleasant. Every single staff member was polite, kind and helpful....I unfortunately don't have names of all of them. They all treated me with kindness, patience and concern....and not only I.....this filtered to all the other patients in the ward as well.

There are 2 Staff members that looked after me and I just had to get their names, whilst everyone played a vital role in my stay....these 2 Nurses stood out! They acted with patience, they were vigilant ( and by this I mean....even if they were busy with me and another patient attempted waking up, their focus and attention went on them as well. They never allowed a patient to just be on their own and this act, blew me away. I hardly needed to press my buzzer, because if they said they coming back in a bit....rest assured, they were back. No matter how busy they were, they ensured that every patient was comfortable and seen to accordingly. If I didn't need anything and remained calm....they still came to check if everything was OK. If I declined nausea medication because I didn't need it, they still checked again to see if I'm ok, is nausea under control, managed and controlled my pain levels......so much so that I can type today

I've seen and dealt with many medical professionals, but Malizole Mntshele and Zukisa Mashiqa surely stood out for me. You both have gone the extra mile, treated me with respect, kindness and understanding my issues, ensuring my stay was great. All I can say is MUCH RESPECT TO YOU BOTH! I would never be able to thank you enough for making this a super pleasant stay....never stop being you! Today, I walk away with a smile not only because I'm on my way to healing, but you never know how your care aided my mental state, so thank you
