1 doctor at trauma
We went to trauma section for my premature baby who is 7 months old with trouble breathing , we were told that the doctor was attending the emergency. Fine we understood that but after an hour sitting in the ward with no assistance even after the doctor was back. Ithe felt like I was in a public hospital yet we pay a lother of money to be get the best possible service. And when I told the nurse that am leaving she didn't even apologise just told me to sign to say that my baby is better. I told her she isn't better am going to find help elsewhere. What is the point of going to emergency if u not going to get help.
