082911 Does Not Pitch Up

In case of emergency do not call 082911, they will not send an ambulance out. On the 07th of May 2021, I called them from Durban and was routed to Jo'burg, the person I spoke to was rude. I stated the emergency and the lady said she was based in Jo'burg, after stating the emergency and giving out the address. The local Netcare hospital was not far from the scene of the emergency, yet not ambulance or a paramedic came through. The person passed away.
