Terrible Sevice Provider

The worst company to deal with!

Cancelled my Internet service with them in June 2025. Asked to stop as of 04 July 2025. Service was stopped - seeing that I moved to another province.

And they have not stopped deducting money from my account!!

Numerous calls, WhatsApp. Messages, e-mails. The company agrees that they have made a mistake, but do you think they have stopped the debit order? NO!!! Still taking money off my account and not responding to any of my messages!!!

This is as simple as a company *****ing money!!
