Horrible support service

Absolutely no after hour service even if stated on their website that there is 24/7 technical support. Been struggling for about more than a month with internet issues. Past few days no internet on pc, laptops, gaming consoles or mobile devices and no feedback via email and when calling their phones are dead. Absolutely horrible service.
