WORST ISP (WORSE THAN TELKOM AND CELL C)

EVERYMONTH they try something new to try and maximize profit they will say fivre in the cuty is down when our neighbors is working then they will disconnect the router and then they say theres a problem when another person we know wih nepic is up and running they throttle you to the maximum and then are happy to invoice u at the end of the month.NEVER full speed currently getting 1mbps and dont even think of replying “can we have ur contact details so we fan resolve this” just fix the ****** internet for us alll and make money by maximizing client not by robbing the few you have if i could give zero stars i would have done that. WORST THEN TELKOM if u have a telkom line its better to stay with it were migrating back to telkom adsl atleast they dont give ****ty excuses and the customer service is a bit bitter and ****ing know what they doing we call nepic we know exactly what their supposed to do “optimise our line” and “connect the router from their side” and they aay call blitz,blitz come and then calls nepic and then they fix it which meant we right . This company is the most ******* regret it to the maxium.
