What utter garbage for an ISP in 2018.

The basic service they so proudly state they supply, is utter garbage that even a dinosaur as Telkom can provide better.

The consistent disconnect from dish to tower is unreal. Every 2 seconds the internet drops and you sit and wait for it to reconnect. YOU have to use YOUR own airtime to phone their call center to tell them "hey - my stuff is going down" only for the admin guy asking you questions like - is the pc connected WiFi or cable. Or - how many packets of ping are you sending? R850 rand for a 4mb line that has up time of 20%. Consistent sms's apologizing for the network to be down - blaming their upstream provider. Please. You are fooling no one.

Please - I beg of you - do not sign up with them. Let them die and fall behind the age of fiber. They do not belong in our homes.
