R300 just to change a debt order date??

My salary date at employer changed to a later date so i contacted nepic to request that they change my debt order date and they said i would need to pay an additional R300 for "admin fees" as if its too much of an effort to keep their clients satisfied. Not only that. Everytime a debt order from them bounces you get penalised R150 plus your bank penalises you R150! And when you try and fix it by changing debt order dates you get told you need to pay R300 in order to proceed with debt order date change. I honestly cannot wait for my contract to be over with and find a different ISP.

Dear Michael,

Thank you for your post. As discussed with you previously, if a salary date change, the debit order date change is free of charge. I believe yours was done with no extra fee added.

Yes it was free of charge, after yet another fight. I phoned Nepic last week to inform them that the monies will need to be deducted from my other bank account. All was done and well, then itold them the debt change would need to be changed again because its a different bank account. And now another fight over R300 "admin fees" i have paid R300 penalty fees between nepic and my bank, now ANOTHER R300 for so called "admin fees" plus my monthly sub which is R599, so in total i am paying R1200 in total for a 2mbps line! The more i try and solve the issues with nepic the more its costing me?why have this stupid R300 "admin fee" in place?? Does the clients needs not come first? A happy costumer is a walking adverti*****t. But the way its going now i will not reffer people.
