Poor connection and low speeds

Don’t use this internet service provider, they have extremely poor stability resulting in loss of internet connection on a weekly basis. You pay a **** load a month for unpromised speeds. We pay for a 20mbps line and we get 9mbps or less on our fibre. You will get yourself stuck in a ridiculous contract that you can’t get out of. It will only leave you frustrated and disappointed paying for a service you will not receive.

It’s doesn’t matter if you would like contact me. My husband and myself contact you all the time as our complex Viva La Vida is always having issues with fibre being down. It’s currently down as I type. So I’m not sure what difference it makes if you contact us now. We are extremely disappointed by the poor quality of the internet provided. We never get over 9mbps when we pay for a 20mbps line assuming the connection isn’t down that is.
