Pathetic Service / No Service

Service stinks if any, don't reply to mails or calls. Internet on and off / hell slow when back on and we talking about a fibre line. When you eventually get hold of someone that hardly knows anything in IT they pass the buck to Frogfoot. Client Liaison Officer has no bother solving the problems and always petty excuses. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Have a look at all the ratings on Hellopeter before signing up. Be warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am St waiting for a reply now from the Support team and General Manager.
