Pathetic connection quality

<p>I would advise EVERYONE looking to take this as an alternative to ADSL or LTE to stay absolutely FAR away. This connection is more unstable than Edge internet in 2005. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have phoned their support team so many times they have run out of excuses. Ive sent countless emails to their support staff with NO response. If you want to log a problem on their website? guess what? your query will go an-answered. </p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually when you call them and arrange an apointment with your own airtime they will send out technicians to come do speed tests to show you how fast their connection really is. Then leave only to find that the piece of **** is broken again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then to top things off, they come here and install their "epic internet" , not even a month later my router ports start failing. I ask them to swap it out for a new router as it is BRAND NEW. Guess what? if you dont have insurance they dont replace anything. So prepare yourself for second hand routers and hardware when you paid for a "new" router. </p> <p> </p> <p>Two months later, and my wifi starts giving in. 1 laptop connects then the TV doesnt want to connect. Phones connect then tomorrow no phones connect. ABSOLUTE *** piece of trash they came and installed here. </p> <p> </p> <p>Trust me. Stay far away from this terrible TERRIBLE company. R1049 for 6mbps down and 1 up. As soon as Otel Fibre is here i will with out a DOUBT move over to them. R999 for 100mbps line. </p>
