Over a months worth of calls and still cant connect

<p>I've been phoning daily for the last month to get connected, your equitment has been installed, everytime i call it's "I'm sending this so someone who will call you back" I'm not able to sign up as it's asking for a Reference number when you come on to the sign up screen and this is now getting to the point where you must rather come uninstall your equitment and I will stay on Telkom.</p>
