NOT SO EPIC NEPIC

Have been with Nepic for years. Switched to fibre that was laid by blitz fibre. Nepic blames blitz fibre when it's down and vice versa. Their idea of communication is that when you report a fault a response sent by email advising you of the problem you just contacted them about. Their front line staff take all the flac while their managers sit in their ivory towers. I would seriously think twice before using Nepic and blitz fibre. Check where your servers are situated before signing anything. So in load shedding you don't sit for 6 hours with out Internet instead of 3. Nepic fibre is often down and speeds intermittent. Please do your homework before using Nepic as your ISP.
