Nepic/Supersonic

Nepic must have turned into the most useless ISP in Kempton Park. We pay for 100mbps fibre and are constantly throttled and wasting a huge amount of time on unnecessary calls trying to resolve. Cant even watch a move on a 100mbps fibre line. WOW!!! Does this have something to do with Supersonic taking over support and service on their network or whats going on?
