Nepic worst internet

<p>I am paying 399 for 1mbps this does not do anything, every weekend it's jammed and half of the time does not connect. U cant even watch a video from you tube or browse but during the week it seems to b working fine. During the week u can watch a movie and staff, so the technician I called says yes weekend a number of people connect and it slows down. How is that my problem I pay for 1mbps and I expect that speed everyday , it's a ****** *******. </p>
