Nepic takes your money, not responsibility

I am once again being given excuses why I do not receive the service I pay for every month. I have asked numerous times for any one in management to contact me, to no avail, yet every month my debit order goes off and another payment for poor service bad conectivity and even worse eccuses is gladly accepted. I am done with them. I would strongly advise against ANYONE using this company for ANY service they falsely claim to provide. If anyone from nepic cares to read this.... please refund me the money illgotten from your false advertising and poor services delivered.
