NEPIC? MORE LIKE PATHETIC!!!!

One star.... As I'm not allowed to give 0 stars, I have been a client with this PATHETIC ISP (internet service provider) for 2 years already, always paying what is due to them, come end of the month, they always get their money, if it's a bit late my line gets switched off, as my monthly income gets paid to my account on different days. I have logged countless calls to these people, and I am frustrated beyond belief with the **** i have to put up with, getting disconnected numerous times, bad signal, and may i add the main signal tower is not even 200m from my house and im paying R1200 a month for 12mb line speed. I aint even get 6mb most of the time... If anyone can assist in guidance on how i can handle this in a legal matter please leave a comment below...
