Nepic is the BEST!! - Highly Recommend them!

We have had Nepic since Dec 2017, We were in an area that does not have fiber yet, so we are on their 4mb wifi package. We get better internet speeds and connection then we did with our telkom 10meg line. Where Nepic is different: 1. We've had about 4 internet interruptions in the (almost) year that we have been with them. 2. Interruptions are always communicated with us, that they know of the issue and are resolving the issue. 3. Issues are resolved within a matter of hours, sometimes within half an hour. 4. Most the internet interruptions we have had, we have known about since they sms us instantly, before we have even realized there was an internet issue. 5. The guys that installed our internet did an amazing job, all the wires are 100% neat, even as far as the pins that hold the wire to the wall being equal - which makes it look very nice! I am very happy with our service from them, and will recommend them fully! I can't wait to get Fiber with them :)
