Nepic is let down by Frogfoot and the Service managers

The only good thing about Nepic is the engineers you call. They are unfortunately helpless due to the Frogfoot network being a ball of crab cakes, and the service delivery managers and sales support are even worse. I have a 100MB link operating at 5mb if I am lucky and they keep saying they are doing upgrades yet no improvement, but they are happy to debit my account every month
