Extremely Disappointing Service

Our internet connection was cut off on Saturday morning before the rugby. Apparently due to the fact that it wasn't paid, however the account is paid via debit order from Nepic and went through on Friday at 00H00. The connection wasn't restored until after the rugby. I'm extremely disappointed in their service!!!

I you are looking for an internet service provider, I suggest you stay well away from this lot!
