Do not ever use Nepic, worst company in the country.

They are the worst fibre wifi service provider in the entire country. They were bought by Iswitch, and since then, we have had endless problems. For the past 5 months, we have been off intermittently, they don't even let us know, like in the beginning they used to send us sms's if anything was wrong, now they don't even answer when we call. I work from home, and I have spent R1900.00 on data alone, in order to make my deadlines. That is rediculous, and we do not get discount on our monthly premiums, they just do not care. I have also gone to Caxton, and also News24. I am sick of this, absolutely sick of them.
