Bad Service Nepic

<p>In the passed i only heard positive feedback regarding Nepic.</p> <p>After what i recently experienced i would not recommend Nepic to anybody.</p> <p>They came out to check if they can get line of sight at my house for a wifi installation.</p> <p>They couldnt get line of sight with the normal package they offer which inluded a 4m pole for the installation. They notified me they would need to get a 6m pole for me to recieve perfect signal with my wifi.</p> <p>When i called Nepic to discuss this matter... i was informed that i would need to pay the following:</p> <p>R503 for the 6m poll</p> <p>R500 for the installation and then the normal package rate.</p> <p>Honestly wouldnt of minded paying for the installation and obviously the package rate.</p> <p>Wow.. but R503 for a pole... with the 4m pole i wouldnt of had to pay for it.</p> <p>What a money making company.</p> <p>They were not considerate at all and were not interested in negotiating with me regarding this 6m pole.</p>
