a fair review

<p>Hi. </p> <p> </p> <p>I marched into Nepic's office's a month ago. Requesting that they sign me up but they must accepted the cash for the first month else no deal. </p> <p>Well seems we had a deal. The following day the tech guy was there to install. (nice guy, did a good job)</p> <p>Now when I paid. I paid cash for the remainder of the month, there was no contract signed as "their contracts had been sent in for a revamp" . So here I was no contract, surfing the net, all is good. Towards month end I know I have to pay for the following month (yet they don't have any of my details) </p> <p>Thursday my connection was cut, without warning! Friday I called to confirm this. It was true, I had been cut due to no contract! </p> <p>Now here's my issue. No contract wasn't my issue it was there's, i had PAID in full and in good Faith. </p> <p>Those 2 days I lost! </p> <p>Friday afternoon I sign my contract and am back on line and VERY HAPPY.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nepic please address issues like these. You can't cut people like me off due to the failings of Nepic and its staff. If there is NO suitable contract to sign, then you need to get one. Or atleast inform your client that he needs to come and sign it before cutting him/her off. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is by no way a bad company. Just walk into there offices and everybody is friendly and happy to help. </p> <p>Tarryn the young belter of a blonde, is a refreshing reminder of what a work place should be like everyday.
