Zero Service Received B2B

Neotel is our {Italtile Retail, The Glen} service provider for our telephone lines. We placed a complaint November that our hunting lines were not working, our lines overall were terrible and we cannot hear our customers when on calls. We were promised a representative would come out - this has not happened. After a number of emails and calls, they confirmed this was not a line problem and Office Guru would have to rectify from their side - which they have been to site numerous times and only to communicate it is a Neotel issues, the hardware is not the problem. Further calls and communication and leaving messages with zero returned calls - we are still as a retailer in the area trying to service our customers with faulty lines / no hinting lines. This is affecting our business
