You need to consider you clients

So my internet has been down the whole of Sunday, Half of Monday and Half of Tuesday. In my line of work I need 24/7 access to the internet. I have had clients complaining about our delay in response and what should I say. I phoned the customer call centre 3 times. First time: Spoke to Busi, which at first did not know about their system has been off for more than 24hours. She did not have any information other that the network people are working on it. Second time: Spoke to Eve (She unfortunately got the brunt of my frustration.) She could not confirm what the problem was, when it will be fixed and how Neotel is planning on compensating me for this, the absolute only response was I can not confirm at this stage. Third time: Spoke to Infuno, I told her I want to lay a formal complaint as I was not a very happy client. She told me my internet should be working, I was placed on hold so that she could speak to the Network people. Came back to me and asked for my telephone numbers so that she could phone me back. I thought this is a welcome change, someone that is willing to find answers and communicate with me as a client. Well, very disappointed as my network is up again and jet still waiting on that call, you know just to confirm if the problem has been resolved of just something. Worst part I have still not been able to communicate with you (Neotel) that I am truly unimpressed with the service we have received. I believe that this is the only way to communicate with you.
