wrongly debited my account and been waiting 20 day

i cancelled my account due to coverage problems in the beginning of march 2016 filled in all relevant information gave back the router. now i have to wait because there have to verify that a gave back the router which i have done in the beginning of march 2016 and the person i returned it to has left the company so seems like they dont have there paperwork sorted out .
