Worst Service Provider at the moment

<p>For the past year Neotel has performed poorly in all sectors of its business. Our internet has never reached the proposed speeds, in fact we never even have internet! Constantly down between important hours of the day, morning through till late afternoon. Nothing has been done to rectify or improve the situation. Poor customer care as well. My neighbors who were also on Neotel are still being billed after months off of them. I feel i've been patient enough and this is just not cutting it. I hope this business dies sooner rather than later.</p>
