Worst service I have ever seen

<p>I want to start by saying the one star review is a great review considering the bad service they provide... It should be -5 stars... I submitted my cancellation request to Neotel on 23 August 2016 and insisted that they cancel my account as it is not working and have not worked for a few months... I refuse to pay for a service that I cannot even use.... After I requested the cancellation I got an automated response saying that someone will contact me within 20 working days... Today still, not one single person made the effort to contact me. I have phoned them numerous times to follow up, they tell me they will get a manager to contact me but nothing comes from that. After months and months of phoning, fighting, writing sloppy reviews on their facebook page, and trying to get them to cancel my account I eventually decided to leave it as it is not worth my stress and phone bill. +- 2 weeks ago I phoned again just to confirm if my account was closed yet and two consultants confirmed that I was closed. I asked them to send me email confirmation of that, but till today that also did not happen. They then debited my account again yesterday for the services. I am so unhappy about the level of service I am getting from them. To be honest, their service sucked from the word go. I am at my wits end and do not know what else to do to get my money refunded and account cancelled.</p>
