Worst service ever, Give you a STAR for excuses and DOLOLO for internet

<p>I have called your Neotel more than 10* this month as my data was not loaded and couldnt connect to internet. I spoke to customer service agents to Technical assistance agents, retentions agents. you name them i have spoken to all. I am really disappointed with the service as i cant access my internet due to pure neglegence from their stuff. I have raised many complaints from billing to connectivity. from the 1st of february 2017 till today i cant access my internet and expect me to pay. im so happy that our relationship has come to an end. i just hope you clean you act as this will have an impact on you existance as not one but more that 10 people are cancelling their contract due to failure to deliver basic services. all i can say is thank you</p>
