Worst service ever

I can honestly say Neotel is the worst telecommunications service provider I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I app**** for a Neotel line a month ago and was promised an installation in a week. I have called them constantly for the entire month, being taken from pillar to post. They have wasted my time and money. I will never ever attempt to use them again, lesson learnt.<br> <br> This is why people still prefer Telkom, at least they give you timelines they bother sticking to.
