WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

<p>Neotel in my opinion is the WORST service provider ever.</p> <p>In 2016 August my router broke lightening damage.</p> <p>I called the call centre and told them that it's is no longer working could they come fetch it since it is insured with warranty....they continued to tell me I needed to do a troubleshoot check with them...even after I clearly stated the matter with them...from then I've been continually bill which I have not been paying because I have not been using any data looking at all my bills from that time they have been over billing me as well since my router has even been working...I called the customer service department and spoke to happy a guy who assisted me advising me that they Wil get a manager to call me that day , I waited for the next week before I received a call from the most rudest disrespectful lady who didn't even listen to me instead shouted at me the whole time I tried to explain my situation...now this neotel account is giving me a bad credit rating all because I the beginning when I needed proper assistance I could not receive it at the time when I did make the call to neotel my account was up to date and they prolonged it by been fools and telling me I need to do a trouble shooting before they pick up my router and today I'm left with the bill which is incorrect as well.please can someone contact me before I take this further and make this matter legal.</p>
