Worst service ever$

<p>I have never in my life experienced the non service like I have with Neotel. Lodged a problem with home wifi/router on the 25th October. To date my query has not been resolved and no one has bothered to call me or send a technician to resolve the problem.<br />Everytime I call I'm told a technician in the area will contact me before end of business & no one calls me. I'm sick & tired of business exploiting us. They are quick to take our money but they don't deliver service! Vumatel please come to Ferndale and put Neotel to shame!</p>
