Worst service ever!!!!!
<p>I have had connection problems since August. The Neotel customer service is pathetic. No one knows what they are doing. I will never recommend Neotel to anyone ever!!! After numerous phone calls and visiting their service centre nothing is resolved. It is just one excuse after another. </p>
My router says I am connected. The settings have been changed I don't know how many times now, but I am not connected. it does not wor**** The router says I am. My Ipad won't connect at all. Neither will my daughters. I actually sent an email yesterday to canel the contract. If you can't deliver the service I pay for then I will find someone who can.
