Worst internet supplier in South Africa

I have been trying in vain to get Neotel to resolve my internet problems, in fact this is the second time I am writing to Hello Peter about them. Neotel are not providing the lines they bill you for, they get you to take a more expensive package with them with promises that the line will be faster and more reliable, what a lie. I never get the line speeds or upload speeds they are claiming you will get with the more expensive packages. I have been continuously trying to get them to fix my line to no avail. I have been sending mails making calls nothing, they do not care. I am busy getting legal advice as they are not giving you what they promise but you have to pay the full amount. Let me tell you what is going to happen next, a employee is going to contact me and make promises as they usually do but my problem will not be resolved. DO NOT TAKE ANY PACKAGES WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND LOOSE BUSINESS AS I AM DOING AT THE MOMENT.
