Worst Experience Ever

<p>This is the 2nd time I am writting about the bad service from neotel I have been trying to cancel my service due to bad service and unfair billing Neotel is the worst service provider ever. I have sent numerous email to cancel my service but to no avail. They always respond with asking about my account number which I have responded with and it ends there. Their Router does not work and for the whole month I did not use it but i got charged for data??</p>
