Worst customer service ever. Now i know why my fiber is not with you

Neotel came to fix their fiber about 2 weeks ago. Let a hole in the pavement and their old plastic pipes on the pavement. Pedestrians now have to step into a busy road to get to the other side of the pavement. I made 8 calls this morning to you. But dont think any of your staff know what they suppose to do. Then i get put through to a person, then that person transfer me then i get cut off. Its now 8:49 and from 8:00 clock im trying get help from you. 8:49 is the first time someone help me. Took my number and said she will get someone to phone me. We will see if that happens. If i can give anyone advise DO NAT TAKE NEOTEL Fibre.
