Worst attitude ever from all people involved

i got into the shop and produced all necessary documents to apply for a Neotel landline and the consultant took application and put it aside 4 new people came in served them of which 2 had complaints as well then when I asked to be served she started shouting then the manager came in and did the same and said he is declining my application because he doesn't care
