worst and terrible service

<p>neotel, having an issue with my phone past 2-3months, logged complaints also, went to resell store many times with phone, only excuse is next week we getting more phones, wait log time to get hold of customer service on phone, spoke to supervisors also at call centre, no good results, the phoned used for business purposes, the number on all my business products, letter heads,ect. lost customers(cant contact me). they dont even have refurbish phones to use. neotel really a waste of time, from long waiting to get a customer service consultant, to consultant which sound in experienced. </p>
