Worse service ever

<p>I have uncapped internet that doesn't work majority of the time. I only get 20min at a time to use the internet before it drops the connection, where after I need to restart the router to get a connection again. </p> <p>To add to that, I get poor service from Neotel support. They dont answer the line, and when the do they tell me that they will call back but never do. </p> <p>I've been trying to get help to fix this issue for over 2 months now. </p>
