WiFi advertised as High Speed Internet by I only get an average of 0.30 Mbps

Hi,

I have a Neotel WiFi contract and the contract is advertised at High Speed Internet. it is the SS Telecoms router with 10gig of data per month @ R209. The problem is I don't ever get speeds that are over 1mb which is very very slow and is becoming unbearable. I humbly request Neotel to review the service that they have promised to offer through advertising and if no solution can be provided to please terminate my contract without any termination fees as that are unable to provide the "High Speed" that they advertise for
